We Don’t Have To Take This

I don’t have to take this

I’m going back to my home

I don’t have to take this

From people…

No offense but truly,

In own their defense

Could do good with picking up a dang book!

Africa; Nigeria

There’s literally no place like home & I love my own shit show

However, as I construct that thought I can’t help but feel sad.

Amidst this, you see

I leave my family; the American Negro is like the prodigal son who had no choice

or any real options

But they must know they cannot stifle or suppress every single black voice

& home will always be home because it was always yours; Africa.

Sincerely speaking;  We all do not have to take this.
